PENERAPAN ETL (EXTRACT TRANSFORM LOAD) UNTUK INTEGRASI DATA SIMLITABMAS PADA APLIKASI PENGELOLAAN PENELITIAN DAN PENGABDIAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS DINAMIKA

Abstract

Dinamika University Research and Community Service will synchronize one-way data from the two systems for internal reporting needs, but there are some incomplete data regarding group members which only display the number of members, the status of the proposal development because the data obtained is in the form of an excel file which separate. To overcome this, it is necessary to integrate data by applying ETL. The solution provided is to create a PPM application that is integrated with SIMLITABMAS in order to find out the status of proposal progress, complete group member data and make it easier for internal reporting and monitoring of activities more effectively which consists of functionalities including proposal management, SPTJB, Daily Notes, Progress Reports, Final Report, Seminar Results, Outcomes, Group Members and Period. The result of this research is that an application that applies ETL theory to data integration has been produced. The implementation of functionality that applies ETL theory is importing proposed data, SPTJB, Daily Notes, Progress Reports, Final Reports and Seminar Results. Tests have been carried out on all functionality and it runs well.
