Abstract


The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of PT Garuda Indonesia Kota Surabaya on work motivation, leadership style, work environment and employee performance. This study uses inner model data analysis techniques, testing the outer model and testing hypotheses through the SEM-PLS approach and using the WarpPLS 5.0 program. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents by purposive sampling. In this survey, the staff member mentioned was PT Garuda Indonesia Kota Surabaya. The sample determined in this study, all employees are organic and non-organic, and work outside the managerial level at PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya. The number of respondents as many as 133 people is the sample that has been determined for this study. The conclusions generated through this research show that the leadership style of the work environment has a significant impact on motivation for work, leadership style and motivation to work, which significantly affects employee productivity. Although the work environment does not have a significant impact on employee productivity. However, leadership style and work environment have a significant impact on employee productivity, by providing motivation to work.
