RANCANG BANGUN MESIN PEMBUAT MINUMAN KOPI OTOMATIS BERBASIS MICROCONTROLLER DENGAN METODE FUZZY

Abstract


Most of the people in making coffee drinks using water from the dispenser heater to be more practical and faster but less so the heat generated is not ripe coffee when brewed. In this study, a coffee beverage maker machine can heat water and make the water temperature becomes stable, besides the motor artifacts pouring coffee and sugar. In the future, this research can help any person in making coffee drinks more practical. After doing research, the methods used in this research is the method of fuzzy. Fuzzy method is used because it is a method that can adapt to changes and uncertainties that accompany the problem. Divided fuzzy method of three methods: Mamdani, Sugeno and Sukamoto. In this study used the method of fuzzy Sugeno. The process through to heat and regulate the water temperature stability is fuzzification, rule sets, and defuzzification. Through this process, the expected water can be heated and the temperature of the water to be stable according the boiling point of water. The results of the fuzzy process is in the form of the number of heater used to heat and stabilize the temperature of the water. From the research conducted, the water can be heated and stabilize the temperature up to 98 ° C, while the average time needed to measure a teaspoon of coffee is 17.8 seconds and the average time required to measure a teaspoon of sugar is 8, 2 seconds.
