RANCANG BANGUN PENDETEKSI GOLONGAN DARAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE COMPONENT LABELLING

Abstract


The component labelling selected because this method can giving initials or labell and giving information of wide pixels in an image object which detected, so this method is appropriate to analyze on an agglutination from blood samples. The component labelling will give same labell in batch of pixels forming object then each closer on an image so agglutination on blood samples can well analyze. After it wide of pixels on blood samples and coordinate position will calculated and comparing like the theory  ABO method so blood type is identified. The blood samples getting with random as many as 24 blood samples then tested with the program has creating, the results 100% samples correctly analyzed with the rules taking samples on microscope slide must correctly, the threshold value is 80, the big object qualification is 100 pixels, the base color of the object is white so without interference on the digital image. And range camera and object is 12 cm so all part of microscope slides can monitored by camera.
