Abstract

CV. 513 is an expedition company engaged in land transportation services with destinations from Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung, Cirebon and Jakartat. The problem is in one part that is responsible for employee payroll that is the cashier. The problem is the considerable amount of time needed in recording and processing the payroll process. The reason is the administration and finance are still using conventional methods which are only in the form of simple files. Based on the existing constraints, a solution is needed, namely application design that will be used for reference in making employee payroll applications on the CV. 513 Gresik. Based on the results of trials, analysis and design of employee payroll applications produce two outputs, namely notifications and reports. Reports generated are employee attendance reports, employee overtime reports, and payroll reports. The design of the application also produces information relating to employee payroll.
