Abstract


Worm species Lumbricus Rubellus now widely cultivated to be used as medicine. Currently for helminth control is manual, although the cultivation of worms in order to obtain good results in the media should be controlled properly worms such as temperature and humidity. Temperature and humidity is very influential in the growth of worms Vermi rubellus process. To control temperature and humidity control algorithm requires great.

In this study, for the regulation of temperature and humidity to match required by the worm, the method used by the authors is the method of fuzzy because it is a flexible method in terms of a parameter can change under certain conditions and adapt to change - change that is influenced by the environment , Fuzzy itself is divided into three methods: Mamdani, Sugeno and Sukamoto. In this study the authors used Sugeno method for research.

In this study, there are several processes through which to control temperature and humidity. The process is a process of fuzzy systems is fuzzification process, setting rules and defuzzification. Through the process is able to control temperature and humidity in the media worm. In the process of temperature and humidity control requires four actuators that motor, fan, and hair dryer Fasher, and two sensors, namely sensors and sensor LM35 moinsture soil.

Results of fuzzy process is in the form of the fourth movement of the actuator. Results of sensor readings and then calibrated in order to get the correct temperature and humidity. Data sensor readings will be displayed on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The percentage error is generated in the process of temperature and humidity calibration is 0.38 to 0.73 for the temperature and humidity.
